AskJeeves goes shopping

It has become known, that AskJeeves is taking over the Internet Search Holding (Excite.com & iWon). They are paying 343 Million US-Dollars of which 9,5 million are cash and the rest is in stock options.
AskJeeves is expecting an additional 700 million searchqueries per quarter thanks to this purchase.
