For the last few days, there is much speculation on what Google is planning to do with their new base.google.com subdomain. Either on purpose or by accident, the site seems to be up at times and can be accessed. Here are some screenshots:

It will be interesting to follow how this will play out and how Google will enter the classifieds ads market.
