PageRank and backlinks are shaking once again (Jagger 2)

Johannes Beus
Just as Matt Cutts announced already ("I also wouldn’t be surprised if a third stage of the index rolls out the week after that. I just wanted to let people know that there’s still flux to come."), we can see changes in both Google's backlinks and PageRank. MSN.com, for example, got their original PageRank of 9 back.

Update: Matt Cutts as well as the “GoogleGuy” from the Webmasterworld-forum confirmed, that the Jagger 2 termed update is being pushed onto 66.102.9.104.
