Google AdWords only to be placed by trademark holders

The Braunschweig regional court decided that trademark holders are the only ones allowed to use the brand for advertisement on AdWords. This prohibits the a price-comparison site for health insurance from running advertisement using the term “Impuls”. Additional information on this verdict can be found at heise.de.
