Kinderstart.com, a portal, which wanted to take Google to court because Google lowered the sites PageRank to 0 has failed in court. By its own account, the searchengine for children suffered a massive decline in sales after the depreciation so they sued Google for restricting their rights of free speech and unfair competition.
