Lycos sues Overture

Portal- and searchengine-operator Lycos is suing Paid-Listings-provider Overture for 800.000 US-dollars in damages. The reasoning behind this being that Overture should have gotten the “Ok” from Lycos before agreeing to be acquired by Yahoo.
