Google has revised their Webmaster-guidelines – and in them especially the part about the quality-guidelines. Now, most of the points that are raised there, which should be heeded by webmasters if they want the Googlegod to smile upon them, will link to an extensive explanation thereof. These changes can only be found on the English site at the moment, but I assume that Google Germany will follow suit.
