The shortest month of the year is over and here are the IndexWatch-numbers for February 2009. As always we start with the winners:


automarkt-gebrauchtwagen.com emerged from a penalty. If I remember correctly, there were some uncertainties regarding a completely clean linkbuilding the in the past – it seems that those uncertainties are resolved now. Apart from this, not much that is noteworthy is going on, though I am somewhat perplexed that there are still yellowpages that are trying their luck. On to the losers:



The forum as well as statista.org moved to a new domain. Kelkoo's (once again) crash is noteworthy. Ever since the price-comparison was bough by Yahoo (if I am not mistaken they were passed on to somewhere else in the meantime) they have not had a lucky SEO-hand anymore. After it went especially well for a few month on a rather high level, they plummeted three weeks ago.
