The third and probably last part of the “Jagger”-Update seems to solidify on 66.102.11.104. It seems that Google has made some changes to their algorithm.

Update [10:13 pm]: Now also officially confirmed: "Starting yesterday, Jagger3 was visible at the 66.102.9.104 data center. There’s still some minor flux on that data center, but it includes Jagger1, Jagger2, and Jagger3."
