Germany inhouse-SEO is growing up

Johannes Beus
Job offers for full time Searchengineoptimizers are piling up over the past weeks. It seems that Ebay is looking for a SEO to bring some order to their chaos, the opinion-portal Ciao has their SEO-job-opening up for a while now and the Allesklar AG is not on the lookout for call-center employees this time, but also for a SEO for Meinestadt.de. The word about the necessity of a maximized visibility in Searchengines seems to get around and the sector is growing up. An interesting point in context is how companies will solve the tension between the reimbursement on the one hand and the search for preferably capable employees on the other. I would assume that it is no secret that good SEO's - which are being looked for – are getting by very well thanks to some projects or consultations; while in established company structures there is not much willingness to pay an employee more money than the General Manager.
