There, you are able to process all the changes you wish to make.How many credits do I have available? Can I purchase additional credits?Every customer is allotted 10.000 credits per week for every module that they are subscribed to. These credits are renewed every Sunday night and we are sorry to inform you, that it is impossible to purchase additional credits.How can I change the invoice recipient or the billing address?On the frontpage of the Toolbox (after logging in), you will find the menu-option "module-selection" on the right hand side of the screen. There you are not only able to change modules but also the invoice recipient and billing address.Can I pay my bills through a direct debiting system?This is categorically an option. After successfully logging in, you will have the menu-option "invoices" on the right hand side of the Toolbox frontpage. There you can view all your bills as well as download a direct debiting system from. Please fill out this form and send it by mail or fax to the SISTRIX GmbH.Where can I change the account name?Please open a new ticket with the desired new account-name. We will then rename the account as quickly as possible. |
