Google has long since abandoned its initial skepticism towards AI content. The motto is – It’s about the quality, not the creation of the content. From the Search Quality Evaluators Guidelines: “Generative AI tools may be used for high quality and low quality content creation.” This particular example will put that to the test.

Grokipedia, an encyclopedia created by Elon Musk’s AI chatbot Grok, is currently an interesting indicator of the success of such content in the SERPs. Some time has passed since its launch at the end of October, but the visibility of its English-language content has increased dramatically in recent days.
It will now be interesting to see whether user signals confirm these rankings in the long term, or whether the site will drop back down to the bottom after a brief surge. Currently, however, the project’s success speaks for itself.
