    heise.de is reporting that EBay is having problems with the switch from daylight-savings- to standard-time. Due to this, auctions that had already finished were made available again.

    According to heise.de, the district government in Dusseldorf wants searchengines to become repsonsible for the content that they return. Their argument is that searchengines are service-providers and could therefore possibly be legally responsible for their SERPs.
