Connection to AI with MCP Server

As the demand for intelligent automation grows, more and more companies are integrating chatbots into their workflows. With the MCP server, you can connect your personal chatbot, such as Claude or Cursor, directly to our data sources. This allows your chatbot to access up-to-date information via the SISTRIX API with ease.

Once connected, you can simply ask questions like “What is the Visibility Index for sistrix.de?” and your chatbot will automatically retrieve the current data from our API. This seamless integration enables natural language access to SEO metrics, making your workflows faster and more efficient, without the need for manual lookups or technical API calls.

Supported Models

The MCP server is designed to work with a wide range of AI models that support custom tools or API calls. While we officially provide setup guides for Claude by Anthropic and Cursor (an AI-first code editor with built-in assistant), many other platforms are also compatible.

To connect your personal assistant to the MCP server, please refer to the example setup guides below:

These are just examples, other chatbot platforms that support tool/function calling or API access (such as ChatGPT, Mistral, or open-source models) can also be integrated with the MCP server.

API Key and Credit Usage

The MCP server accesses data via the official SISTRIX API interfaces provided by us. This means that the same Fair Use Policy applies to requests made through the MCP server as for any other use of the SISTRIX API.

To authenticate requests, the MCP server uses the same API keys that you can generate here. Credit usage is also identical: for each API request initiated by the AI, the corresponding number of credits will be deducted from your available quota. For more information about authentication and how to manage your API keys, please refer to the Authentication Guide.

Please note: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, responses generated by AI may occasionally contain errors or outdated data. We do not accept any liability for decisions made based on AI-generated answers.
