New AI Deep Dives put changes in the Visibility Index into context, reveal gaps to your competitors in keywords, links and AI answers, and sort Onpage results by priority. For the first time, Deep Dives are also available in Prompt Tracking: they work just like in the AI Check, but analyse the answers to your own prompts.
The AI Deep Dives are AI analyses built right into SISTRIX. They evaluate SISTRIX data, combine it with verified SEO and GEO expertise and turn it into concrete findings and next steps. The AI reads and interprets, while the data and calculations come from SISTRIX. The Deep Dives launched with eleven analyses in the AI Check and in Prompt Research.
The new Deep Dives are coming to more places in SISTRIX for Google, to the Onpage project and to Prompt Tracking, plus two new ones in the AI Check. Each Deep Dive sits as a button directly on the page it belongs to and, as before, you can ask follow-up questions via chat and export the results as a PDF or Markdown file.
The following sections go through the work areas one by one: understanding changes in the Visibility Index, finding potential in SEO and Onpage, assessing your brand in the AI Check and analysing your own prompts in Prompt Tracking. You will find an overview of all new Deep Dives and where they are located in SISTRIX at the end.
Understanding changes: Trend, area or competitors?
When a domain’s Visibility Index changes significantly, the search for the reason begins: comparing time periods, checking Google updates, going through directories, looking at competitors. Three new Deep Dives in the Visibility Index answer these questions in the order in which they come up.
Trend or spike clarifies whether you need to react at all. Areas & patterns shows where to start. Competitors & landscape shows whether the change only affects your domain or the entire market. What would otherwise take several analyses is laid out as a well-founded assessment, including the numbers behind it.

Finding potential: From gap to action
In SISTRIX for Google, Keyword gaps to competitors in the ‘Opportunities’ section and Link gaps to competitors in the ‘Links’ section show where others rank or get links and you don’t, and assess what is worth pursuing for you. Structure & search intent in the ‘URLs’ section reveals where your own pages get in each other’s way or miss the search intent. Instead of filtering long lists yourself, you get a selection that lets you start content planning and link building straight away.
For your own website, Priorities in the ‘Onpage’ section of the Onpage project answers the question of where to start. The Deep Dive sorts your project’s Onpage results by what you should tackle first, explains the order and assigns each item to either editorial or development, so the list can be handed out straight away.

AI Check: Where your brand is mentioned and where it isn’t
In the AI Check, you enter a domain or brand and immediately see for which prompts it is mentioned in AI answers. SISTRIX collects this data in advance and keeps it ready, with no project of your own required. Two new Deep Dives show where your brand appears and where it doesn’t. Visibility by topic in the ‘Prompts’ section combines demand by topic with mentions of your brand and your competitors. Mention gaps in the ‘Mentions’ section goes one level deeper: why are other brands named for certain questions, and how do you get there yourself?

New in Prompt Tracking: Deep Dives for your own prompts
In the AI Check, the Deep Dives are based on the prompts that SISTRIX queries. In Prompt Tracking, you define the prompts yourself and have them queried in AI systems on a regular basis. Deep Dives are now available here too, using the same methodology as in the AI Check, but based exclusively on the answers to your own prompts.
Five Deep Dives are available, spread across the sections of the project: under ‘Prompts’ you will find Changes and Mention opportunities, under ‘Sources’ Own citations and External citations, and under ‘Competition’ Competitive perception. Changes, for example, shows you whether anything has shifted in the answers after you have implemented measures, while Mention opportunities provides a list of topics for prompts in which your brand is missing.

SISTRIX for Google
The analyses refer to the domain, host or directory in the selected country.
- Trend or spike (Visibility Index): Assesses whether a change is a long-term trend or a short-term spike, taking into account normal fluctuation, the previous year and Google updates in the same period.
- Areas & patterns (Visibility Index): Shows whether the entire domain is affected or only individual directories, hosts or pages.
- Competitors & landscape (Visibility Index): Checks whether the competitors with the greatest overlap are moving in the same direction.
- Keyword gaps to competitors (Opportunities): Shows where competitors are on page one and you aren’t, and which of these topics are worth pursuing for you.
- Structure & search intent (URLs): Shows for which keywords Google switches between two of your pages and where a page doesn’t match what Google shows at the top.
- Link gaps to competitors (Links): Shows which websites link to your competitors but not to you, and where a link is worthwhile. Domains only.
Onpage project
- Priorities (Onpage): Sorts the Onpage results by what you should tackle first, with reasoning, responsibility and a concrete starting point.
AI Check
- Visibility by topic (Prompts): Shows in which high-demand topics your brand is mentioned in AI answers, where your competitors are mentioned and where you are missing.
- Mention gaps (Mentions): Shows for which questions AI assistants name your competitors but not you, why, and what you can do about it.
Prompt Tracking
Same methodology as in the AI Check, based on the prompts in your project.
- Competitive perception (Competition): Your brand’s strengths and weaknesses compared with the competition, as a card above the table and as a separate page.
- Changes (Prompts): The last four weeks compared with the four weeks before.
- Mention opportunities (Prompts): For which prompts your brand is never or rarely mentioned, what these prompts have in common and what helps.
- Own citations and External citations (Sources): Which of your own pages and which external pages are cited in your project’s answers.
The eleven Deep Dives from the launch are presented in the changelog on the AI Deep Dives.
